Do you install Nest® or Ring® products?

Our goal is to work with each client to identify the best solution for their needs, and deliver 100% satisfaction. In keeping with that core value, we will install any reliable product that our client requests. but do not offer service, maintenance or monitoring on many consumer grade products.

What brands do you offer?

We partner with several top-tier brands to provide out clients with a variety of options that fit every individual need and budget.  All of our prefered brands come from industry leading companies with US based support,  and comprehensive warranties,

Can I control your systems through a phone or tablet?

Yes, absolutely. Ease of use, at your fingertips is part of the core of what we do. Virtually all of the products we offer are designed to work natively on common smartphones and tablets as well as several home control systems.  In the rare event that a product is not compatible with your preferred control device, we can design custom interfaces that will work for whatever your needs are.

How secure are your systems agains hacking and intrusion?

Our systems are built with security as a top priority. Inherently, wireless communication is less secure than wired, so where appropriate we always try to hard wire as many devices as possible for added security. We employ state-of-the-art encryption technologies for wireless communications and end-to-end encryption for data transmission, as well as robust firewall infrastructures , to ensure that your system and all connected devices are protected from unauthorized access.

 

Additionally, we regularly update our systems with the latest security patches and firmware updates to guard against potential vulnerabilities. Our technicians are trained in the best security practices, providing an additional layer of protection to help prevent hacking and ensure your personal data remains private and secure.

Can your systems be integrated with existing existing home security systems?

This really depends on the type and age of the existing system.  Most newer systems are either fully integratable or have some level of integration capability that we can find a solution for.  If you're interested in finding out how compatible your current system is, give us a call or reach out to us here and we'll be happy to come take a look.

What type of parental controls do you offer for network access?

We offer several products that allow parents and administrators to monitor, filter, and block network traffic and access on a granular level. Our monitoring solutions allow you to set up filters, schedules, alerts, and many other options on a per device level, giving you the power to control individual user access.

Monitoring polices are managed by you, the end user, so Archiframe Integration never sees, monitors, or records your data.

What happens if there is a power or internet outage?

Depending on individual needs we offer several solutions to address outages. All of our networking solutions come with the option of having battery backups and redundant internet connectivity.

How does automation impact energy usage?

Automation systems are designed to significantly improve energy efficiency in your home or business. By integrating smart thermostats, automated lighting, and energy-efficient smart appliances, you can optimize your energy use and reduce unnecessary waste. From programing HVAC systems to reduce heating or cooling in unoccupied rooms, or to turn off lights automatically when they're not needed, many clients see a noticeable reduction in their energy bills due to these optimized behaviors.

Do you offer service and support for existing systems?

We do not offer detailed support for existing systems that were not installed by Archframe Integration. Integrated systems can be very complex and often sit behind significant layers of security and configuration, and sifferent manufactures set warranty polices can only be valid for the original installer  Because of this, and our commitment to satisfaction, our support for existing systems is limited.

We are happy to provide basic service and repairs for existing systems and components - when able - and do what we can to get you back up and running.

Do you offer pre-purchase inspections of installed systems for home buyers?

We do. If you're buying a new home that already has smart features or wired networking installed, we always recommend having the systems inspected. Many homes that are marketed as "smart"  are really just an uncoordinated collection of DIY additions that can be confusing and often don't work as intended - or at all.
